Iranian R&D conference :: ArticleFormat

Presentation Paper Format:
Please note that papers which are not compatible with the instructed format unfortunately will not be accepted.

1. Papers must be in English or Farsi.
2. The full paper can be maximum 16 pages and it must be on A4 paper (21x 29.7 cm), one column in each page.
3. Line spacing must be single; approximately 0.6cm.There must be a one line space between the first line of the paragraph and its title, and a 2 lines space between the last line and the title of the next paragraph.
4. Additional information must be written on a separate page.
5. The paper must cover the followings:

a. Title, maximum 10 words.
b. Author/s name/s.
c. position & organization, section, country.
d. E-mail address.
e. Maximum six keywords.
f. An introduction which covers the main subject, research method, application and results.
g. The main body and the research method in a way that could be reconstructed by the future researchers.
h. Conclusion paragraph, which should include the research advantages, disadvantages and application.
i. List of sources/references.
Sources should have the same reference number as they had through the main article, and their sequence should be as follow:

- Magazines and newsletters: Author’s name/ Article΄s title/magazine’s name and number/year of publication/page number
- Books: Author’s name/book’s title/translator’s name (if applicable) /edition number/publisher/ year of publication

6. For Typing please make sure that you use Office 2000 or Office XP.

Important notes:

- Submission of a paper will imply that it contains original unpublished work and has not been presented in other conferences.
- The acceptance of the abstract does not imply the acceptance of the full paper, since it has only been evaluated by the relevance and novelty of the subject.
- Submitted papers can not be reclaimed.
- After a paper has been accepted the author should not withdraw.
- Papers will be evaluated by the scientific-expert committee according to their subjects.
- The conference secretariat will only contact the presenter.
- Only presenters whom their paper here accepted will be invited to the conference at the presenters rate.
Other authors will have discounts on registration fees.

- Papers which are from student’s thesis, if containing the professor΄s name, must also contain his/her approval.

Presentation format

2. Please make sure that for typing your Presentation you use Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 or XP, and if in Farsi, Parsa 99 or Parsa 2001.
3. Use white colour as a background to text.
4. Use the following Instruction and do not use italic or underlined font:
